Gobble Gobble Chevron Print

Hello Dolls,

I just wanted to share my Thanksgiving outfit of the day.  I do not get a chance to post as often as I would like on my blog but it is better late than never right?

I decided to wear this chevron print dress from my online store because of the colors.  It kind of has this retro feel to it but at the same time the colors are warm and remind me of holiday colors.  This dress you can pull off with some tights or even some brown boots.  Since our weather here in Texas has been hot one day and cold the other I opted to wear a dress with no tights but with some high boots.  To add a pop of color I added a green statement necklace from my shop as well and a green belt.

Hello,

Happy Hump Day!  I hope everyone is having a great day.  I took the day off so I can share some exciting news that really no one knows I have been working on for the past couple of months.  It has been a lot of hard work but it is something I truly enjoy.  I have opened my online store www.torisshop.com and will be posting some of the items I have picked for my store and will be styling them as I get them. 

I have never been a big fan of stripes especially horizontal stripes since I am scared because they always say that horizontal lines add a few extra pounds. Honestly, I feel I look the same not chunkier.  I have decided to consider stripes a neutral  as you would any other wardrobe staple. That means style it with denim, camel, khakis, and leather without hesitation.

It has been a while since I have blogged. My computer got a virus and I have not access to my computer in over a month or so.  So I apologize for the quality of the pictures since I am blogging from my phone.  Today was such a busy day.  I took the day off and had a lot of errands to run, so I wanted to dress comfortably.  

First we had to go to get a passport at the Mexican consulate which gave me an excuse to wear these cowboy boots that I bought from Target with this striped thermal I bought from Forever21.  

I paired with these jeans also from Forever21and I wore my gold Michael Kors watch.  

The lipstick is Chaos by Nyx.

Red Lips

Hi Ladies!

It has been such a rough week but today was finally a better day. My husband got hurt this past weekend and needed surgery yesterday.  So all week it was in and out from doctor's office, X-rays, MRI's and finally surgery.  He is doing way better and today was a less stressful day and was his follow-up doctors appointment and was ready to put myself together by wearing some red heels and red lips but still a bit casual.  Last night I went to Hobby Lobby and Ross to buy some of Tori's decorations for her 1st Bday party which is next month.  At Ross I found this shirt and I immediately fell in love with it because of the red lips.  The pop of color is what caught my attention and once I saw it was only $7.00 I definitely had to get it.  Hope you like this casual outfit with a pop of color.

Converse Love

Hello Ladies,  I haven't had much time to post.  I had been craving Denny's for some weeks now and woke my husband up a bit earlier and had him take me and well it wasn't what I expected LOL the food and coffee were cold so did not enjoy it much.  Then I had to go to the mall to return 2 items to American Eagle and I figured I would spend a $25 gc one of my IG good friends sent to me for my birthday and ended buying 2 lippies and an eyeshadow from Mac and a blouse from Macy's.  Since I was going to be walking around without a stroller since both strollers are at my mom's I had to carry Victoria (10 month old baby) with my carrier I had no other option than to wear my Converse.  These are the high tops but as you can see I have to fold them since my legs are too chubby and short for these types of tennis shoes.  I paired it with some jean shorts from American eagle and to give it some color I combine mint and jewelry with my neon pink bag from Michael Kors. 

 

Also, to make some lighter strands on my hair I sprayed my hair with this hair bronzer from Bath & Body Works that I got in their semi-annual sale.  I love this Bronzer just to add some highlights since I have been letting my hair rest a little from all the chemicals I have put through the years.  I also painted my nails with this pink Essie nail polish and my heart necklace is from Tiffany & Co. and my other necklace and bracelet are from Charlotte Russe.

Summer Night

Today was such a hot day I did not plan to do anything after work.  But while at work my oldest sister called and told me had picked up my kids from my moms house.  She usually tends to pick them up a lot which at times she gives me a break but then I also miss my kids a lot.  We usually take turns. The kids love coming over and I love having them here.  So since it was no kids Friday night me and the hubs decided to go have some cold beers and wings after that we stopped and had a drink and some bar just to listen to some music and have a couple of drinks.  I kind of forgot a bit of the bar scene someone sat next to me and was smoking it made me so sick.  The smoke really just messed up my stomach and could not drink anymore which maybe it was good thing LOL.  Okay enough of my night, I decided to wear some coral shorts since it is summer with some heels.

Hello Ladies!

Today's work outfit was a simple all black.  I just decided to add a thick leopard belt with some leopard heels.  I love black and gold and it is my fave color combo.  Sorry about the quality of my pictures I forgot my SIM card in my laptop so I had not other than have my co-worker take them with my phone.

Good Evening Ladies,

I wanted to share with you a very easy simple outfit that I wore to work today.  Black and white are the most basic colors and tends to be the number 1 choice for a lot people in the office.  I have been trying to break that cycle in my department.  I tend to wear very bright colors and I like to wake up everyone in the office with my bright colors LOL.  That is from wearing very bright clothes or crazy prints all the way to wearing bright lipstick.  Today since I was in blah colors I decided to add a pink lippie which is Candy Yum Yum by Mac, the first time I wore my lipstick the attorney I work with said that my lipstick was very distracting ha,ha.  I also added gold accessories with my gold cap heels.

Coral Me Maybe

Hi,
I have not been blogging much but have a couple of pictures from last weeks outfit. Wanted to post since it is one of my favorite colors. I love this coral color especially because it is so close to Summer and I am loving bright colors. I am staying away from black as much as I can but it is so hard.
